To collect your mail and packages, head to the vestibule area. Look for the mailroom alcove, where deliveries from UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and others are usually placed. Sometimes, packages may also be left in the front entryway, especially on weekends, or at the entrance to your apartment during weekdays. Since we don't have a concierge, please make sure to pick up your packages as soon as possible. You'll get a mailbox key that corresponds to your suite number for your letter mail.

If you're moving in, remember to start forwarding your mail on the day your lease begins. You can find instructions on how to do this on the United States Postal Service (USPS) website.
